On the right is Tracy Broccolino, President of the Community Action Council of Howard County. CAC graciously serves as the umbrella for PFS. On the left is Nette Stokes, Founder of JustLiving Advocacy, Inc. PFS distributes most of its backpacks to the HCPSS, but also supports the clients of a number of amazing local non-profits, including JustLiving.
